She is Principal of the Process Renewal Group. Since the mid-1980s, her focus has been on helping organizations understand and improve their Business performance through improved processes. She has experience in a wide variety of industries including leasing, manufacturing, customer service, telecommunications, banking, petrochemicals, government and retail, and she has worked in many parts of the world, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, South America, the West Indies and Africa.
