Frank Greco

He is the Chief Technologist for Crossroads Technologies located in New York. He is a recognized authority on Cloud/Mobile Computing and the integration of business value with information technology. Mr. Greco is a frequent blogger and author as well as deep experience in Cloud/Mobile strategy, system integration startups, strategic technology/business partnerships, training strategy, enterprise infrastructure and emerging technologies particularly for financial systems and large enterprises.

John Davies

He is the Chief Technologist for Crossroads Technologies located in New York. He is a recognized authority on Cloud/Mobile Computing and the integration of business value with information technology. Mr. Greco is a frequent blogger and author as well as deep experience in Cloud/Mobile strategy, system integration startups, strategic technology/business partnerships, training strategy, enterprise infrastructure and emerging technologies particularly for financial systems and large enterprises.He is co-founder and CTO of Velo Payments, a modern payment system for the gig economy.  Mr. Davies has over 35 years experience in enterprise IT. He wrote several Enterprise Java books for Wrox in the early 00s and was a chief instructor and author of Learning Tree’s Java courses.  He also has deep expertise in financial technology as the global chief architect at BNP Paribas and later at JP Morgan. He co-founded C24, an integration company specialising in SWIFT, FpML, ISO-20022 etc. in 2000 which was sold to a NASDAQ company in 2007.  Today Mr. Davies spends a lot of time working on AI and the mathematics behind it.

Bert Ertman

Fellow, and VP of Technology at Luminis. A frequent speaker on Java, Cloud, and software architecture all over the world. Book author, and serial conference organizer. Mr. Ertman was awarded the coveted title of Java Champion in 2008, and is a JavaOne RockStar speaker and a two-fold Duke’s Choice Award winner.

Siren Hofvander

She is the Chief Security Officer for Min Doktor. Mrs. Hofvander is passionate about making security something that everyone feels that they understand and has access to. As a CSO for Min Doktor, she ensures that security is built not only into the service itself, but into the backbone of the company. She is the founder of the Malmö based Security User Group SecuriTea, an avid forum contributor and international speaker.

Steve Ross-Talbot

He is a Professor of Distributed Computing at Kingston University in London. He is an Hon. Research Fellow at Napier University in Edinburgh. He is also an author of the SOA Manifesto and a former chair of all the Web Services standards in W3C. He is cofounder of the Zero Deviation Life Cycle (ZDLC) having been the CEO and CSO of the ZDLC Business Unit in Cognizant. Amongst his previous exploits are project Hoodini at Nomura, the founder of SpiritSoft and the first commercial Java Messaging System (JMS) and Complex Event Processing (CEP) systems. Mr. Ross-Talbot is currently a senior consultant for many large international banking clients.

Theo Schlossnagle

He is a practicing software engineer and serial entrepreneur. At Johns Hopkins University in the US, he earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in computer science, with a focus on graphics and randomized algorithms in distributed systems. A Senior Member of ACM, Mr. Schlossnagle serves on the editorial board of ACM Queue, a publication aimed toward the worldwide community of software engineers. As a member of the ACM Practitioners Board, he works with his colleagues to ensure that ACM offers the best products and services that support the technical and professional development of practicing computing professionals, including engineers, architects, IT specialists and managers.

Holly Cummins

She is the worldwide development practice lead for the IBM Garage for Cloud and a developer in the London Garage for Cloud. As part of the Garage for Cloud, Mrs. Cummins delivers technology-enabled innovation to clients across a range of industries, from banking, to catering, to retail, to NGOs. She is also an IBM Q Ambassador, a Java Champion, and a JavaOne Rock Star. She holds a DPhil (PhD) in Quantum Computation. She co-authored Manning’s Enterprise OSGi in Action. She is an active international speaker.
